Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will prepare, file, litigate and participate in jury trials for Auto injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Excellent Negotiation and Mediation Skills. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public. Prepares witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials including expert witnesses. Conducts depositions and examinations under oath and prepares summary documents. Conducts settlement/dispositive proceedings (e.g. mediations, arbitrations, etc.). Should preferably have 2+ year of PQE.
