Associate Attorney The candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of recent, relevant litigation experience are preferred. Please be hard working, organized and capable of working independently and as part of a team. We offer immediate client contact and case handing responsibility. Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and assuming significant responsibility and case management from inception through trial. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar.
