Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate should have paralegal degree or certificate. NALA Certification or Florida Registered Paralegal a plus. Should preferably have 3-5 years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense legal experience preferred. Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), document management and time entry software is needed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation is essential. Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is needed.
