Legal Secretary The candidate must have 4 years of recent experience. Litigation experience is a plus. Excellent oral, written and proofreading skills is required. Experience with federal and state filing and e-filing procedures is needed. Familiar with calendaring is must. Experienced in preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses is essential Experienced in organizing and maintaining electronic files/documents is needed. Proficiency with Word (including generating Table of contents and Table of Authorities), Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required.
