Paralegal Candidates must have: Degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies. 2+ years' relevant experience in Plaintiff s Personal Injury including litigation, medical records, discovery, scheduling, client contact and trial preparation. Should enjoy working independently, be highly motivated and confident in their legal abilities. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Emotionally mature, and resistant to stress. Self-motivated and proactive in organizing work and anticipating issues in advance. Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic with very high standards for both quality and quantity of work. Needles Case Management Software experience is a PLUS! Ability to work in a technology-driven productivity environment, including using computers, smart phones and office productivity software.
