Should have expertise in corporate and LLC formations, drafting shareholders and operating agreements, secured transactions, contract drafting, and filing/prosecuting trademark applications. Should be a talented, hard-working, and passionate attorney who is looking for a long-term opportunity, to become the newest member of team. Must be well-versed in corporate and trademark law. Required proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with any legal case management system. Valued Proficiency: Experience with Clio and Lexicata (legal CRM) software.
