Attorney Candidate will work in a preeminent creditor rights law firm. Will handle practice areas include, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, insurance subrogation, business law, consumer banking, foreclosures, replevins, and medical/retail collections. Will handle litigation services, represent clients in business, contract drafting, collections, and commercial services, document review, prepare and manage suit s/litigation in Circuit, County, and Justice Court. Will provide the highest quality legal representation to clients. Qualifications: A licensed attorney with a Mississippi Bar licenses Requirements: Recent graduate. 3 years experience in bankruptcy/collection litigation; skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide written and oral recommendations to advisory attorneys and clients; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Lexis Nexis Research Tools; outstanding time management skills with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. Demonstrate exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills, and obtain significant courtroom and trial experience.
