Mass Tort/Product Liability Attorney The candidate will focus on litigation of national multi-district cases and catastrophic single event cases involving consumer products and medical devices. Will be responsible for evaluating merits of potential cases, providing relevant research, drafting complex legal memoranda, all aspects of the discovery process and participation at trial. Should preferably have graduated in the top 20% of his/her class; have law review or other journal experience, or demonstrated moot court success; and preferably 3+ years of complex litigation experience. Current and former federal law clerks preferred.
