Paralegal - Casualty The candidate will be handling a mixture of casualty claims including employers liability, public liability and potentially some claims on behalf of our public sector clients. Day to day duties include: full case handling from start to finish covering assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents, obtaining witness statements alongside standard file handling duties. Should have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for personal injury claims as the Casualty team work to a very high standard. Excellent communication skills are essential alongside strong negotiation skills. Must have experience in managing a caseload of EL/PL public sector claims alongside handling cases through to trial.
