Legal Secretary The candidate will perform daily administrative duties, such as scheduling and calendaring. Create, edit and revise documents. Court filings including E-filings for Local, State and Federal Courts. Other duties as assigned. Should have 2+ years of experience in civil litigation practice, should be familiar with California court rules and Kern county local court rules and comfortable with discovery practices. Must have strong computer and organizational skills who are interested in working in a small office environment.
