Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of extensive medical malpractice experience and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the State of Michigan. The ability to work independently, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are required. Should have deposition, motion, and court appearance experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to handle regular court appearances, and communicate with clients and retained experts. A portable book of business or evidence of ability to attract clients is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate.
