Attorney for Personal Injury Law Candidate will generally entail managing all aspects of litigation and trial. Unlike many litigation positions, will involve handling cases that are regularly taken to a jury verdict. will have a dedicated litigation paralegal assisting on all cases. Will generally entail managing all aspects of pre-litigation along with a team of 4 case managers. For both the litigation and pre-litigation attorney positions, will be supported by intake staff who will complete all data required for own case, medical records clerks who will obtain and organize all medical records related to the client s file, lien specialists to handle Medicare and Medicaid issues, and further, skilled assistants who will help prepare documents and demands related to cases. Candidates should have 3+ years of pre-litigation/litigation experience, and required, 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation or litigation experience. Overall organization and attention to detail are absolutely necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. For the litigation role, prior trial experience is preferred. Should want to try cases to verdict. Will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all needed support to allow you to focus on the proper workup of all cases in preparation for settlement or trial. Spanish speaking a plus.
