Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate core duties and responsibilities include the following: Initial Pleadings/Complaints; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Motion Writing; Trial Preparation; Maintain calendaring system for upcoming court dates, statutes of limitation, etc. Paralegal certification and one year of Paralegal experience preferred. Spanish speaking is a plus. Good follow-up skills Strong communication skills required. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Word.
