Paralegal The candidate will be supporting attorneys with discovery process, reviewing and summarizing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, drafting motions, and trial preparation. The most qualified candidates will have the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, communicate effectively, and multi-task in a fast pace environment. Hours for the position on Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30.The selected individual will be considered a hybrid employee, spending required time in the office with some optional opportunities to work in a virtual environment at times. Work arrangements are subject to change over time based on business needs. Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal degree/certificate is preferred, 2-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred, particularly in insurance defense or personal injury practice areas, Experience with discovery process, Experience reviewing/summarizing medical records and preparing medical chronologies, Experience drafting motions, Trial preparation experience, Familiarity with court rules and procedures, Strong software/technical skills including experience working in a paperless environment are required.
