Family Law Senior Paralegal The candidate will make meaningful contributions to divorcing people's (and their children's) lives by producing amazing work products for attorneys. Will be having a direct effect on divorcing clients lives by proactively informing them about their case and providing the support they need to get through the process. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent education with 3+ years of experience in Family Law Paralegal including client contact, court contact, adversary contact; drafting Certifications, Motions, Briefs, and Case Information Statements; propounding, answering, and organizing discovery; organizing and maintaining files; preparing files for settlement conferences and mediations; and preparing evidence for trial. Must be a personable communicator, compassionate, confident, and detail-oriented, and must be excited to work independently and as part of a larger team. Note: Start immediately.
