Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will file, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents. Will produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting correspondence and legal documents; coordinating case preparation. Maintain attorney calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, depositions, and travel. Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential. The candidate should have skills of typing with a high rate of accuracy. Proficiency with MS Office is needed. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have typing skills of 60+ wmp. Should preferably have 1 year of administrative experience.
