First Party Insurance Attorney The candidate' should have courtroom experience to work in our first-party insurance practice. Should have an exceptional commitment to service, experience in various litigation phases, from case management and motion practice to mediation, and persuasive oral and written communication skills, we may be your best career opportunity. Manage case load with little to no supervision. Create quality legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence for use in court proceedings; Handle depositions, mediations, court appearances, evidentiary and special set hearings; Conduct legal research, audit for coverage issues, and draft legal documents to develop and implement winning strategies for cases; Weigh all available options for successful insurance case first-party action and advise clients accordingly. Must have experience using legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis required. Should have strong public speaking, and strong interpersonal communications skills are vital. Must hold a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have at least two years of experience representing clients.
