Attorney Recruiting Manager The candidate will be responsible for leading many of the goals and activities of firm's Attorney Recruiting Department. Will also be responsible for summer program event planning, law school event logistics, and networking opportunities for candidates and attorneys. Advance recruiting strategies set forth by firm management. Implement uniform hiring policies across practice groups and offices. Manage the full recruiting process for partner, associate, and alternative title candidates. Supervise the full recruiting process for temporary employee candidates. Collaborate closely with the Director of Attorney Recruiting for department management, reports, and projects. Perform other work-related responsibilities as assigned.
The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree. A recruiting experience of 10+ years is preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred. Must have extensive computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required. Should possess the ability to concentrate on details, prioritize responsibilities, maintain an appropriate level of professionalism, and manage a team. Ideally be conscientious, self-motivated, and well-organized.
