Signing Paralegal The candidate will communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through email. Verbally explain the estate planning documents to clients, answer their questions, if any, then notarize the estate planning documents (this may take one to three hours per appointment). Thoroughly review draft of estate planning documents for accuracy prior to client appointment. Respect the confidentiality of our clients. Other tasks as may be needed. The candidate must have professional (both in appearance and demeanor). Should be a quick learner and energetic self-starter in need of minimal supervision. Must be organized and able to deal with interruptions without getting flustered. Should have a Notary Public (if you are not currently a notary public, must be able to become a notary public). Patient, as many of clients are elderly or English is their second language is required. Computer literate in the following programs: Windows, Outlook, and Word is required.
