Client Attorney The candidate will support a real estate practice. Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and licensed (or can obtain a license in short order) in the Florida federal district and bankruptcy courts. Newly licensed attorneys will be considered. Should preferably have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Must be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Should be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Should have expertise in the Florida legal system, passion for superior customer service, confidence, and unfettered judgment.
