Litigation Attorney The candidate will join Construction Defect Litigation (developer defense); CD Risk and General Liability departments. Should have recent litigation experience in one or all of these areas. Must have 2+ years of experience with research, writing, legal analysis, attending and taking depositions, managing discovery, making court appearances, trial preparation, field work when necessary. Supervisory skills are also key as you will be part of a team working with all levels of employees.
