Legal Secretary The candidate will provide administrative support, data entry, answer and respond to calls and emails. Schedule travel, appointments and meetings. Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Conduct clerical duties, including Data entry, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents. Complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Must have High school diploma. Should preferably have AA and/or BS/BA in office administration or relevant field. Good verbal and written communication skills is required. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is needed.
