Consumer Financial Services - Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; Fair Credit Reporting Act; Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Must have strong academic and professional credentials. Must also be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina or Virginia bar, based on office preference. Admissions to other bars a plus.
