Associate Attorney - Criminal Defence Responsibilities: Represent clients in court and/or before government agencies. Argue motions and other court hearings. Conduct trials. Draft legal pleadings on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements. Meet with prospective clients for legal consultations. Conduct legal research. Participate in client intake. Qualifications: Some criminal law experience required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Westlaw proficient. Spanish speaking is a plus.
