Title Attorney/closing Attorney The candidate will split time between conducting closings at various offices and certifying title. Must have at least 1 year of experience certifying title on real property located in North Carolina. Organizational skills, common sense, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to give helpful counsel to both staff and clients are critical to this role. Should have a current, active license in North Carolina. A license is a plus but is not required. State Bar (Required).
