Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience. Must be admitted to Practice in California (both state and federal courts). Should have excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in drafting all civil pleadings, motions, and discovery, making court appearances, and legal research is required. Must be able to proficiently handle appearances, depositions, law and motion and all areas of litigation with minimal or no supervision. A portable book of business is a plus.
