Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling cases in which the firm represents property owners and contractors in first-party insurance disputes. Drafting and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and participating in firm's ponsored marketing events. Must have experience litigating first-party property and bad faith claims. Must be Active member of the Florida Bar.'s hould have 2+ years of property insurance litigation experience. Must have experience in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions.'s hould have excellent research and writing abilities. Must have experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products.'s hould have deposition and mediation experience.
