Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience to work in both commercial litigation and transaction departments. Should have good discovery and motion practice experience/skills, court room and deposition experience, excellent computer and writing skills, and some contract and business law experience. Will have direct client interfacing; work on cases from the contract stage through arbitration and litigation, including appeals; and have significant interaction with firm management and staff. Spanish skills are needed.
