Litigation Attorney Part-Time The candidate will perform legal research, case investigation, and other case management tasks. Draft documents such as motions, letters, pleadings, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have superb research and writing skills. Admitted to practice in the State of California required. Should have 3+ years of experience in any of the following: commercial litigation, personal injury, or employment law. Strong legal research and writing skills are a must.
