Professional Liability Associate Attorney for Litigation and Risk Management Responsibilities: Provide legal advice to physicians, hospitals and other healthcare professionals regarding risk management and healthcare law. Represent medical professionals at non-party depositions with associated regional travel. Defend medical professionals and facilities in medical malpractice, small claims and general liability cases. Legal research and analysis. Draft presentations and present to medical professionals on various risk management and health law topics. Qualifications: JD Degree. 3 years' litigation experience. Knowledge of Public Health Law, State and Federal Health Regulations, HIPAA preferred.
