Paralegal The Candidate will be responsible for preparation of Petitions, Motions, Requests for Order, Oppositions, Propounding and Responding to Discovery, Preparation for MSC and Trial. Must have 3+ years of family law experience. Personal injury 3+ experience is a plus. Should be self starter, detail oriented, and can handle multiple cases with minimum supervision.
