Personal Injury Paralegal Part Time The candidate must have good customer service, communication skills and be able to pay attention to details. Must have at least 2 years of personal injury experience, from opening files, collecting medical records/bills, retrieving Medicaid, Medicare and health insurance liens, drafting demands and disbursement sheets. Will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Should have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Should have familiarity with legal research. Hours per week: 20-29, 30-39.
