Transactional Attorney The candidate should be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school with 3+ years of relevant experience. Must be well-versed in nonprofit, corporate and/or tax law. Should have expertise in advising business entities as they form and evolve, and competency drafting a variety of contracts for corporate clients. Should preferably have experience with seeking and obtaining Federal Tax Exemption for public charities, private foundations, private operating foundations, and other exempt entities under 501(c). Should preferably also be familiar with necessary compliance filings, intermediate sanctions, UBIT, AG audits, etc. Experience with any legal case management system is required. Experience with Clio and Lexicata (legal CRM) software is an asset.
