Associate Attorney The candidate's responsibilities will include taking and defending depositions, responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing for/arguing hearings on full range of issues related to homeowners cases, and will actively train to argue dispositive hearings. Should have 1-2 years of first party and/or third-party insurance litigation experience. Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing is essential. Admission in other jurisdictions is a plus. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with available support from supervising attorney. must have excellent communication and writing skills. Engage in direct communications via telephone and e-mail with attorneys and clients. Must be bilingual - Spanish.
