Drafting Paralegal The candidate's will provide expert-level support to the Trusts and Estates section attorneys and/or senior paralegal(s) in all aspects of estate and trust administration within established administrative procedures while ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction are achieved in all areas of the position. Should have a high degree of efficiency and accuracy is required to draft documents within HotDocs. Must maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters. The scope of responsibilities includes prioritizing, managing and following through on multiple matters; and communicating effectively, courteously, and professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. Must exhibit the ability to learn, adapt, and grow with minimal oversight and instruction. Must be able to multitask, be flexible in order to meet deadlines, and handle last-minute requests. Should have a high level of organization, ability to be proactive, and a desire to achieve results is essential. Must be comfortable working with a variety of personalities, while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Lastly, should desire to learn new skills and to expand their position skills over time. Should include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and HotDocs or similar document production software; proficiency with search engine navigation systems such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or Accurint; and experience with time and billing software systems. Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field desirable; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or J.D. preferred. Registered Paralegal (FRP), Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Juris Doctorate (JD). Must have minimum 5+ years of recent related work experience.
