Trial Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trials under the direction of a more senior attorney (independence will be given as performance is demonstrated). Handling settlement negotiations at all times during the lifecycle of a case. Working with paralegals and support staff to achieve case results. Taking ownership and accountability to get stuff done. Prior litigation experience is a plus, including in depositions and trial. The ideal candidate either has experience in litigation or is committed and eager to learn and develop skills quickly. Keep in mind that a new hire will be expected to perform all aspects of litigation shortly after joining the team.
