Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience to work in family law practice. Manage family law cases from start to finish. Consult with potential clients. Negotiate at mediation on behalf of clients. Attend and argue at hearings. Go to trial on behalf of clients. Provide excellent client service. Set goals and meet firm expectations. Be active in the community and build referral partners. Should be Licensed in NC. Must have Graduation from accredited law school. Excellent academic record are required. Must have first chair trial experience.
