Summary Law Firm is looking for a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our quickly expanding practice in Augusta, Georgia. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in and around Augusta, Richmond County, and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will have a law degree from a fully ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the GA bar, ideally with 2+ years of PI litigation experience. They will have excellent client service and communication skills, superior writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial. The position offers a generous and competitive compensation package including a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package including excellent insurance for employees, spouses, and dependents. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation in Augusta and the surrounding area.
