Junior Associate Attorney (Transactional / Regulatory) The candidate will involve significant work on information technology and health care regulatory matters, including, drafting and negotiating software purchase and development agreements, working with clients to develop privacy and security policies, and advising clients on the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, and related health care regulations. The candidate should have strong academic background. Must have Florida Bar license (or to be admitted within a year of being hired). Previous law firm experience is needed. Should have experience with assessing regulations. Must have experience with drafting a variety of agreements. Must have 1+ years of transactional experience. Should have strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex legal principles to non-experts in a succinct and understandable manner. Must have demonstrated understanding of contract drafting fundamentals. Should have demonstrated ability to provide excellent client services in a timely and efficient manner, with a client first attitude. Must be proficient in standard law firm technology, including the Microsoft Office family of products and Lexis Advance.
