We have an immediate opening for a Health Care Attorney with 3 or more years of experience in health care law. **Job Responsibilities:** - Assist with delivering effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services - Advise clients on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions - Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal a plus **Qualifications:** - 3 or more years of experience in health care law - Admitted to practice in California **Salary:** The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $122,500 - $180,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
