Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of experience practicing in both state and federal court to join growing litigation practice in the Seattle area. Job responsibilities for this position encompass all aspects of litigation including drafting/opposing motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, attending court hearings, participating in mediations, and assisting with trial preparation. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable managing his/her own caseload. A small portable book of business is a plus, but not required for the position.
