Litigation Attorney The candidate will maintain an active and heavy caseload of files in the areas of borrower-lender relations, foreclosure law, real estate law, landlord tenant, banking law, fair debt, and truth in lending, consumer protection, and numerous related fields. Position requires daily contact with clients, staff, and other departments within the firm. Frequent court appearances are necessary and a desire to be a Trial Lawyer is essential. Must have a working knowledge of civil procedure and motion practice. Admission to Massachusetts and New Hampshire required. Advanced knowledge of applicable legal procedure needed. Admission to Rhode Island Bar a plus. Must have 3+ years of experience with civil litigation.
