Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Handle cases from start to finish independently and with support from the team. Ensure regular follow-up with clients, as we pride ourselves on regular client communication and excellent client service. Handle a portion of new client consultations. Contribute to the firm's success as needed, whether via the development of new procedures, collections, or other ways. Qualifications: Virginia Bar License. DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus. Several years of experience in business, contract, and civil litigation. Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients. Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar. Ability to multitask and to be flexible.
