Legal Secretary The candidate should have 2+ years of strong litigation experience. Experience in Federal E-filing is a must. Will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings. Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys. Handle communication with clients, and or vendors. Locate and develop case relevant information. Calendaring legal deadlines/maintaining attorney's professional calendar. Draft legal motions, discovery, and correspondence. Document proofing and formatting. Coordinating meetings, depositions, and mediations, and at times attorney travel itineraries, etc. Answering Phones. Filing documents in State Court, Federal court, and Appellate Court Extensive knowledge of Federal; State Court guidelines and deadlines is required.
