Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Must have excellent research and writing abilities, strong organizational habits, verbal communication skills, legal project management experience and experience with the rules of civil procedure. Law Review/Journal and/or Moot Court experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities will include: Litigation in both trial and appellate courts; Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including drafting written discovery, conducting meet and confers, reviewing documents; Motion practice; Discovery related motions; Assist Senior Attorney with devising litigation strategies; Trial preparation; Draft amicus briefs and organize amicus campaigns.
