Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense / Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for case assessment for liability, loss and damages. Will manage client reporting, billing, budgeting and case management requirements. Draft and respond to discovery. Conduct depositions. Meet or exceed monthly billable hour goals. Occasional travel is required. The candidate must have 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience. Should specifically have insurance defense/personal injury experience. Exceptional research, writing and briefing skills are needed. Knowledge of federal, state and local rules is essential. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
