Must have experience in drafting motions; Must be able to file documents in Federal Court and Court of Appeals; Should be proficient in internet and trial database research and proficient in Westlaw; Should have: Strong computer skills with experience on Windows 10, Outlook, MS Office Word & Excel and strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
