Creditors Rights Attorney The candidate will be asked to become part of a team dedicated to managing a portfolio of files, determine next course action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court hearings. Will work out of downtown area office. Will have: JD Degree. Must be licensed to practice in Kentucky, additional license in Ohio very helpful. 1-2 years' experience in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields is preferred. Experience working in a fast pace, high volume environment Superior organization skills. Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps, demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, to work independently and as part of a team. Computer and word processing skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with research on the internet. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
