Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all aspects of business immigration. Will prepare and submit legal documents and applications for a variety of immigration cases. Guide and correspond with the client and employees through the intake process, enlisting client services as needed. Prepare clients in completing the questionnaires and submitting documents. Review immigration applications/packets and make any necessary adjustments. Represent clients at government interviews. Maintain a high-level of communication with all clients. Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency throughout the organization. Liaise with other attorneys in the firm and share all information regarding case preparation. Participate in other projects as assigned. Should have J.D. degree and must have passed a State Bar examination. Must have experience with employment-based VISA work (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, etc ). Must have excellent English writing and oral communication skills. Secondary language skills are a plus. Excellent organization and computer skills required.
