Legal Assistant Paralegal Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. Handle communication with clients, witnesses, courts etc. Prepare and edit legal documents. Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research. Locate and develop case-relevant information. Answer and direct phone calls. Case/file management.
Qualifications: Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system. Working knowledge of case management software. Excellent secretarial and organizational skills. Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office. Computer literacy. Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
